Touch for Health Level 3 deepens and integrates the skills learned in Levels 1 and 2, introducing advanced balancing techniques, goal setting, and more refined muscle monitoring. This hands-on class supports a deeper understanding of how stress affects the body and is designed for students ready to further develop confidence and clarity in their Touch for Health practice.
