Touch for Health Level 2 builds on the foundations of Level 1, expanding muscle monitoring skills and introducing additional balancing techniques to support deeper awareness of stress patterns in the body. This hands-on class is suitable for those who have completed Level 1 and want to continue developing practical Touch for Health skills.
